Many Congratulations For The Arrival

my way

I know that this rice is not rice at the original Cuban, but is what I do and believe it or not I learned from my grandmother if I've said it, my grandmother have to see that most modern grandmother was me who was very fond of rice to Cuba and That loooong years ago.

She told me nothing, he felt that he needed a trip and he stumbled and put her into the oven well entourage, now I do it in fussion cook and is perfect and in less time but I like more how it looks in the oven.

Ingredients for 3 people

  • 1 potato 150 gr. cured bacon or ham or diced
  • york to 3 garlic paprika
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
  • 250 or 300 gr.
  • rice twice as much water if you do it in the oven and if you do it to 1 part fussion cook and a half or a little less.
  • salt or if you want a stock cube
  • homemade tomato sauce
  • eggs

DEVELOPMENT

Cut the potato cubes and bacon (I usually buy a slice short chubby and taquitos), but you can put bacon diced ham or york.

Cut the garlic into slices, put the oil in a skillet or on the container where you go to bake and fry the potatoes, when they begin to brown then add the garlic and bacon or ham, we give a few laps and add the rice, stir well and will put a teaspoon of paprika (if you like the Vera gives a good taste) remove some more. If you do

preheat oven to 200 degrees, heat water in the microwave and add the hot rice, put the oven for about 30 minutes to achieve proper entourage. If you do

in fussion cook or pressure cooker put the same amount of water and a little more than rice to make it enterito with 7 minutes left to my taste.

Serve with a good homemade tomato sauce or homemade boat (type hydatid) and a fried egg.

prove it was awesome that you like.
