Hello. There
foods and ingredients you can eat continuously and not get tired. At least to me, that happens to me with the chocolate, potatoes and fried eggs, tortillas, potatoes, bread, coffee, various creams, shrimp, and many more. Are daily products that fill our tables.
That happens to me this Brioche amorsote, who always wants and likes.

- 350g of bread flour.

- Two egg yolks.
- an orange juice.
- 75ml warm milk.
- 30ml of honey.
- 25g melted butter.
- crushed 150g of chocolate desserts.
- An egg to paint.
- brown sugar for dusting. Butter

Development;
In the baking pan in this order we add the warm milk, egg yolks and beaten, honey, butter in cream, orange juice, half the flour, the envelope of yeast and the other half of the flour. Menu

When finished, take it off and knead a bit with your hand. We make six balls and add to each one of them chopped chocolate, mix and we're putting in the bucket of fussion greased with butter, leaving a space between them. We left an hour with the glass lid in place until double in size.
Finally, the paint with a beaten egg and sprinkle it generously over brown sugar and more chocolate. Menu
150 º oven 24 minutes. We took the fussion
and we grilled in the oven two little minutes, until you see brown.
