This delicious recipe I saw in the wonderful blog of Carmen , Sweets salty snacks and an oversight. If I do not know, in my humble opinion, they're missing some delicious recipes viewed with absolute finesse.
had many tangerines at home and lunch, and I thought it was a super easy dessert, healthy and different so I printed it right away and here they are. 100% recommended.

Ingredients, -10 tangerines.
-250ml of water.
-250g of sugar. -5
star anise. -8 Mother
nail.
-A cinnamon stick in half.
"Whipped cream for serving.
Development;
Put the water and sugar to a simmer and stir occasionally. When sugar is dissolved add spices and peeled mandarins. We climbed the fire and give back occasionally to caramelize mandarins everywhere. About ten minutes or so.
let cool and serve with whipped cream.
