This is one of those cakes that you think you see them you can not do yet is not that complicated so I see a lot of explanation but do not panic.

This cake is delicate so you advice if you do it in a mold base to clamp caught with baking paper clip and when this fact in no hurry Remove from oven, but it opens the door slightly and hold for five minutes if the temperature changes abruptly shrink you.

Note: Do not be afraid to penetrate the cake I have put a little more syrup than the original recipe, as the cherries have more juice, so if you do put a little blueberry syrup over so it is not dry.
