Train Cost To Auschwitz From Krakow

Pumpkin Cheesecake and Pumpkin Jam

have to see what I've given it a pumpkin, prepared a jam jars, a flan and a cake with pumpkin and pine nuts. Well, with this jam I covered a cheesecake and I still have to return to prepare and make a few cups for the holidays.

cake is very easy to prepare. You can do cookie based or without foundation, even in individual cups, which is what I prefer, since the freeze and take out what you need.

The recipe is from the book Mom's recipes. Ana put raspberries and jelly, but I've done with curd. This recipe came out in a rectangular cake pan, 26 by 18 inches or so. I prepared the other was a smaller mold and also 6 cups.

INGREDIENTS

If you put biscuit base:

  • 150 gr. oat digestive biscuits
  • 60 gr. butter at room temp.
environment

For the cake:

  • 500 gr. of low-fat whipped cream cheese (Mercadona) or Quark and mascarpone.
  • 1 small can of condensed milk, 397 gr.
  • 1 can evaporated milk.
  • 1 on average and curd.
to cover a pot of jam here
pumpkin half a glass
  • water 3 sheets of gelatin

DEVELOPMENT Crush crackers to powder and mix well with butter. (In Thermomix, pulverize crackers 10 seconds on speed 5, 7, 9. Add the butter and set speed 10 seconds 5. It stretches well and is pressed with the back of a spoon on the basis of a springform pan or a ring pastry.

For cake, mix the cheese, condensed milk and evaporated milk with the curd in the Thermomix, and program 7 minutes 100 ยบ vel 5. If you do it the traditional way, putting the ingredients in a saucepan , stir well and bring to a boil.

Pour in pan and cool (until you see is crowded).

While curdles, put the gelatin in cold water to hydrate. When hydrated, heat the marmalade in a bowl in the microwave. When hot, put half a glass of water to boil and dissolve gelatin. When thoroughly dissolved, mix well with the hot jam and put it on the cake.

To give Lisita is well, do not touch anything, move the pan from side to side to it is dealt.

type
If you want to make Charlotte (pictured below), also need a packet of biscuits and a nice ribbon to tie.
